In relationship counseling, there is a deafening silence on mate selection. Do we dare to discuss what science indicates works—and what doesn’t? Are we concerned that any knowledge will be exploited to justify abandoning a decent relationship? While we have all witnessed partnerships that defy logic, there are clear rules that might boost the likelihood of a more ideal union. These and other study findings will be investigated.

Objectives of Education:

Separate the dating and mating requirements.
List two determinants of relationship pleasure.
List the most powerful indicator of relationship stability.
