Hello, my name is Pla.
As I’ve gotten older and realized the necessity of eating a well-balanced, nutritious diet, I’ve begun to focus on making low-carb meals and avoiding hidden food additives as much as possible.
I became more interested in low carbohydrate Keto recipes to maintain my goal weight range since I find it tough to miss meals or cut portions to regulate my weight.
By using this method, I’ve discovered that I can eat normally without skipping meals or lowering the quantity I consume. When I don’t consume enough food, I get nauseous, and skipping meals is one of my migraine triggers.
However, choosing what I eat is critical to sticking to my diet plan.
I am Thai, and the majority of my cuisine is Thai, therefore over the last few years I have learnt to cook all of my favorite Thai foods to be keto-friendly without sacrificing the main flavors in these traditional Thai recipes.
In recent years, the ketogenic diet has grown in popularity significantly. Keto has helped numerous people lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

I know many of you enjoy Thai cuisine as much as I do.
Is Thai food, however, a viable choice for a keto diet?
The most popular Thai recipes include rice or noodles, as well as sweet sauces, which are all forbidden on a keto diet.
The good news is that authentic-tasting Thai food may be compatible with a keto diet without sacrificing flavor; in other words, you can have both.

One of the numerous examples I will show you in this course is replacing regular rice with tasty low-carb alternatives such as cauliflower rice, broccoli rice, or Konjac rice.
