Xing Yi Quan Series DVD/DVDs in the traditional Shan Xi style Today, there are three major styles of Xing Yi Quan practiced: the Henan style, the Hebei style, and the Shan Xi form.

It’s built on the Five-Elements principle, with a short and constricted frame that’s nevertheless strong.
It includes walking forward or backward with no beginning or conclusion, yet they are connected.
