This book and the associated files comprise a bodyweight only strength and conditioning plan I’ve put together based on combining the programming of Gym Jones with Gymnastics strength and power exercises.  The idea is that you can build your own plan from the elements I’ve described here, but I’ve included a complete example at the end.  

I put this together for my own use, but thought I’d share it here in case anyone else found it useful.  I don’t think I’ve seen any Gym Jones stuff on here before, so it may be of interest.
