What You’ll Discover in These 7 Modules
Course sessions are on Wednesdays at 5:00pm Pacific.

In this 7-module transformational training, Katie and Gay will guide you through the fundamental skills and competencies that you’ll need to discover your true body intelligence quotient (BQ) for living a more vital, balanced and love-filled life.

Each module will build harmoniously upon the next, so that you’ll develop a complete, holistic understanding of the practices, tools and principles you’ll need to recognize and be guided by your body’s wisdom.

Module 1: Breathing & Moving into Authentic Relationship (March 11)

A question central to relationship can only be answered with body intelligence: Are you fully open to intimacy or unconsciously defending yourself against it? This session focuses on the power of breath, movement and presence to expand your ability to enjoy being completely with yourself and completely open to relating, exploring and expanding in love.

In this session, you’ll learn to:

Notice body language that indicates openness or resistance to intimacy.
Breathe in ways that support you loving yourself and loving the feelings that arise in relationship.
Cultivate a new body intelligence skill – Heliotroping – which gives you the ability to shift back to presence when you’ve drifted into old patterns.
Module 2: Presencing Power (March 18)

Presencing is the ability to show up and participate fully in your life and relationships. Presencing is the moment-by-moment practice of paying affectionate attention to the current reality, whatever it is. This session focuses on the experiential tools that enhance your ability to be present, especially in relationship.

In this session, you’ll:

Discover the foundational skills that enhance presence and assist you in returning to the now when relationship challenges arise.
Gain insights into the core presencing skills that create flow and creativity throughout your day.
Learn how to apply presencing skills so that common relationship issues resolve spontaneously.
Acquire the nonverbal presencing skills that shift issues and enhance creativity faster than “working” on relationship issues.

Module 3: Freeing Up Emotional States (March 25)

Body intelligence skills make changing an emotional state easy, and even fun. The “10-Second Miracle Moves” give you powerful body-centered skills that free your creative and relating abilities to be more effective and responsive, rather than reactive. Each brings about clarity, ease and understanding very rapidly, and are designed to be used “in the heat of action.”

In this session, you’ll:

Discover the practice of “Feeling Through to Space.”
Learn how to more acutely perceive and name shifts in energy.
Find the keys to speaking in a way that promotes discovery rather
than conflict.
Discover ways to drop into “Whole-Body Accepting.”
Cultivate the power and practice of taking immediate ownership.
Learn how to maximize any moment by leading with appreciation.
Module 4: Resonance (April 1)

Resonance – the body intelligence skill of tuning in sensitively to another person – is a primary skill for those who want to enjoy the maximum amount of love and good feelings in relationship. Your ability to sense and reflect deeply with another creates a third state we call the “We-Field.” The We-Field is a new state of consciousness that generates ongoing vitality and co-creativity in relationships.

In this session, you’ll learn a skill-set that allows you to:

Listen with your whole body in a way that opens greater intimacy between listener and speaker.
Speak from awareness and discovery, rather than rehearsing or rehashing.
Increase your sensitive awareness of your own feelings and the feelings of others.

Module 5: Opening to Creative Flow
(April 8)

There is both an art and a science to opening a creative flow between people. Relationship researchers refer to certain types of actions as “bids for attention.” When you learn how to give attention to another person’s bids for attention, you can eliminate conflict and enhance the creative flow between yourself and others. In addition, learning how to open and nurture your inner creative flow is an essential precursor to manifesting what you want in your overall life.

In this session, you’ll learn to:

See openings to creative flow – to notice and give attention to positive possibilities and solutions rather than looking for what’s wrong.
Use your body intelligence to make decisions quickly and effectively.
Develop your creativity “muscles” with specific practices that only take 10 minutes a day.
Module 6: Embodying Wonder (April 15)

Being able to shift from blame to wonder is a core skill for enhancing relationships and creativity. This session focuses on a specific body intelligence too l– “Wonder Shift” – which can take you from experiencing life as a victim to experiencing life as a person of true creative power.

In this session, you’ll:

Discover a primary transformation process Gay and Katie Hendricks have developed: F.A.C.T. (Facing, Accepting, Choosing and Taking Action).
Learn how to make the Wonder Shift in the midst of conflict, both within yourself and in relationship to others.
Find ways to explore and release the limiting belief systems that may be preventing your relationship harmony and ability to easefully manifest the things you want.

Module 7: Manifesting with Ease (April 22)

Body intelligence skills take the effort out of manifestation, the ability to make real the dreams in your life. For more than 35 years now Katie and Gay have been exploring manifestation in their own lives, and teaching about it to others. They’ve developed a powerful set of practices, none taking longer than 10 minutes and many that can be done in 10 seconds. They’ll share their personal experiments in manifestation as well as stories from people who have successfully used the techniques.

In this session, you’ll:

Find a new way to understand and practice manifestation, based on paradigms from Newtonian, Einsteinian and quantum physics.
Discover practical manifestation techniques based on the 3 physics paradigms.
Acquire manifestation techniques that transform relationships.
Learn how to integrate all the skills you’ve been practicing in previous sessions to manifest the life and relationship of your dreams…

Kathlyn Hendricks is the CEO and Director of Training for The Hendricks Institute, an international learning organization that teaches the core skills of conscious living through a unique, whole-body approach to Quantum Coaching™. Her explorations of the catalytic power of the creative arts in psychotherapy and organizational systems have been featured in many magazines, journals and books. She received her doctorate in psychology in 1982, and has been a board-certified member of the American Dance Therapy Association since 1975. She has consulted and taught in the graduate programs of many universities and has an international reputation as a seminar leader for health and business professionals.
